LUCY SLIVINSKI
“ Clarity in Covenance"
Beatific Beings
For the last four years Lucy Slivinski has been invited to Art Expo Chicago to display her self-curated and amazing interior lighting installation. Each year she has presented unique light sculptures in groupings to breath life into the space.
“Beatific Beings,” is a collaboration with the spirits to create a new landscape of what is possible! It is an alternate state in constant epiphany! It is the adventure of bliss upon the journey of infinite self.
I have found tremendous joy and discovery in the rebirth of recycled, materials in which I strive to innovate my art making practices. The quest to change and grow, challenges my incite towards opportunity. These works are intended to illuminate, to inspire, and to radiate beauty. They are the crystallizations of convening energy! I am thankful for all of my learning within the traditional academic path that I have been blessed to receive, as well as through the spiritual acquiring of knowledge and art.
“It is time to embrace the light, and allow frequencies of enlightenment to recharge our humanity! I pray my work conveys constructive imagining through the mystery of light and the “Clarity of Covenance.”
Lucy Slivinski, an internationally acclaimed sculptor and multi-media artist based in Chicago, holds an MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art and a BFA from Northern Illinois University.

"Heavenly Bodies"
Installation by Lucy Slivinski I am a vessel of creation that gathers found materials and reshapes them into beings of energy and light. I invest magic through weaving that transcends found objects into luminous expressions of art. I am a believer whose dreams reclaim the discarded and metamorphosises them into Heavenly Bodies. I am a doer of works now that will become a part of the forever! Kahil El’Zabar – Curator |
