What is Sculptural or Artistic Lighting?

Sculptural or Artistic Lighting is simply incorporating my skills as an abstract sculpture artist with the functionality of interior lighting.  Together my pieces automatically become the focus to any interior space whether residential or commercial. 

What is your primary medium?

My primary medium is salvaged metal but I also use various fibers, wire, plastic, and glass.  Almost all the materials I use are being upcycled and reused to create my artwork.

What kind of Public Art Commissions do you focus on?

As long as I feel that my creative expression will be realized in the space provided, I'm generally interested in any Public Art Commission.  I have experience with large scale outdoor commissions as well as indoor temporary installations.

Can I commission a custom piece for my home or business?

Yes!  I have created dozens of one of a kind pieces for both residential and commercial interiors.  I work directly with the client and or designer to ensure the piece fits the customers specific requirements, i.e. dimensions, interaction with other furniture, electrical requirements, and overall vision.  Please go to my contact page to get in touch with me directly for any other questions you might have.  

What is your price range?

A small piece may start any where from 3 to 5k with the price increasing with the size and complexity of the piece with large pieces costing any where between 25 to 50k or more.

How long does it take to produce a piece? 

I work closely with the client to determine the best time for a piece to reach completion.  This typically depends on the client as sometimes they are working with a designer or moving into a new location.  Start to finish, a piece can take anywhere from 1 to 6 months depending on the size and number of pieces requested.
